Boss battles can be tough, and they’re supposed to be! At the end of every dungeon or when they’re just chilling in the overworld minding their own business, we go ahead and fight them. We might not succeed a couple of times, or we clear it on the first try, what we want is that sweet XP and loot that they drop!
In Genshin Impact there’s some boss fights that you can do all around the map. Some of these bosses can be tough so it’s best to know what they do first. In this guide we’ll show you where to find the Iniquitous Baptist Boss so you can kick its ass and get all the loot!
Iniquitous Baptist Boss Fight Guide & Location In Genshin Impact
So to start off you’ll first need to get a good team, which shouldn’t be a problem if you at this point in the story. You probably already have a team that can clear enemies in quests in a nanosecond but just to be sure, be prepared. This is a boss fight after all!
Now head towards the Gate of Zulqarnain, there’s two roads there that branch to the west and northwest. You’ll want to go to the western road.
Go inside the cave there and soon you’ll find the area shown below. Yep, we’re pretty sure that’s a boss arena, it’s all big and empty.
Once you get near the center of the arena the boss will spawn and the battle will start. The first part of the fight is usually the boss summoning these Elemental Rings around him. Destroy them with elemental reactions to paralyze the boss, take too long and they’ll explode.
The boss also changes element throughout the fight. Depending on the element the boss will shoot out projectiles, running around in a wide circle usually helps in avoiding them.
Below the HP bar of the boss is another bar that you’ll need to deplete first before damaging him. Once you deplete the bar use your most powerful attacks on the boss before the bar reappears.
Repeatedly avoid attacks, whittle the boss down and burst them when there’s a damage window and you an easily beat this fight!
