To start the quest, you will need to go to New Serenne Stable and speak to Penn. The coordinates for the stable are -1352, 0742, 0085.

Penn can be found next to the front of the stable. Speak to Penn and he tells you a rumor about Zelda riding a mysterious beast with large tusks.

Once you are done talking to Penn, the quest will start. Open your map and head down all the way to Ubota Point. There should be a shrine there called Joju-u-u Shrine. If you have the shrine unlocked, fast travel there.

When you spawn at the shrine, face north and glide all the way until you find the creatures with glowing green tusks.

Right next to the creatures is an NPC named Cima. She tells you that the creatures are called Dondons, a new animal species that was discovered by Zelda. She tells you that they are not dangerous as the rumors say. Penn will shortly arrive after and Link tells him the news. After the conversation, the quest will automatically complete.
