Tears of The Kingdom: Lost In The Dunes Guide | Legend of Zelda

No, Timothée Chalamet is not in this.

You can explore and get lost in many different regions in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Even the citizens of Hyrule do a little bit of exploring out into the world. However, Link has advantages that they don’t, so it’s easy for them to get lost and separated from their group. Near the Kara Kara Bazaar, they experience such an incident, and his friends become worried about him. In this guide, I will help you find the lost friend in the desert in the Lost in the Dunes quest.

Lost In The Dunes Guide

To start the quest, you will need to go to the Kara Kara Bazaar and talk to Benja. His coordinates are -3273, -2576, 0023.

After speaking to Benja, the quest will start. Open your map and look for the circle that is near the Kara Kara Bazaar. That is a quicksand sinkhole, and you will find out why it’s important.

Then, make your way to the quicksand sinkhole and jump in. You will be taken to a new location called the Oasis Source.

Inside the Oasis Source, you will find the missing friend, Ponthos. Talk to him first.

After speaking with Ponthos, go to the area behind him where the water is and you will find a breakable wall. Use explosives or a large weapon to break it open.

Continue making you way forward and you will find another breakable wall. Break it down to continue.

You will find yourself in a larger room. Same as before, you will need to break wall, but this time you will have to break a blue wall instead of the brown wall.

Once you go through, Ponthos will catch up to you and speak to you. There will be a ladder there that takes the two of you back up to the surface. Ponthos will go ahead first and meet up with his friends back in the Kara Kara Bazaar.

Climb back up and you will find yourself in the bazaar. Head back to Benja and talk to him. He will reward you with a ball, which is used for The Mysterious Eighth quest, and thank you for your help.
