Class Tierlist in Patch 1.0.2
S Tier
The Barbarian is regarded as S tier because of its excellent survivability and damaging potential. This class has a range of skills that enable it to both deal and take a huge damage.
From Whirlwind to Earthquake, abilities that are good for clearing out groups of enemies and also deal damage to solo targets. The Barbarian class also have abilities that increases its armor and resistances like Rallying Cry and Iron Skin.
The nerfs certainly hit this class hard, however the Barbarians still rise above the rest due to both its ability to be super tanky and still deal massive damage.
Also in the S tier class is the Rogue, because of its strong crowd control, damaging potential, and mobility. This class can move around the battlefield swiftly and deliver a lot of damage to enemies with its arsenal of skills.
From Rogue’s Caltrops skill that chills enemies. Shadow Strike that teleports and deals damage to enemies’ along its path. Fan of Knives that does aoe damage. The Rogue class has it all.
While the nerfs to its crit passive certainly criples this class, the buffs across other stats and skills certainly helped them stay on top of the others.
A Tier
Coming in at the top of A tier is the Druid class. Just falling short of the S tier. Due to the recent nerfs, it has hindered its damage significantly.
A versatile class, able to be utilized as a hybrid of both melee and ranged damager. This makes it a very adaptable class that may be used in a variety of playstyles.
Ranged summoning skill with Spirit Wolves, melee damager with Feral Rage and supportive type with Ursol’s Vortex. This are just some examples of what you could build with this class.
Next on our list is the Sorcerer class, master of elemental magic. This gives them a variety of alternatives for doing damage and enables them to modify their play style to suit various situations.
Its damaging skills like Lightning Nova, Blizzard, Inferno that deals dsmage to groups or solo enemies. This class might be squishy, but thanks to its ability Teleport, this problem would be covered.
However, it is still not enough to be put higher up in the list even with the recents buffs as the first two classes are just beasts of their own.
B Tier
Even with the recent buffs, the Necromancer class is still last on the list. This class lacks mobility, crowd control and its skills spend too much resources. Everything from the early game up to end game builds just fall short to builds of other classes.
