Pixel Piece – How to Complete Glyph Quest Guide

If you are somehow stuck in the Glyph Quest in Pixel Piece, don’t worry too much. I have prepared this guide just for you! I will even include a fix for the quest’s bug that has been going around for a while. In this walkthrough, I’ll provide everything you need to do and every location you need to go to in order to finish the quest in no time. Let’s get right into it!

How to Complete Glyph Quest

To complete the quest, you’ll need to jump from different islands to another and do certain things like typing text and talking to an NPC. Basically, this isn’t that much of a work, besides a lot of island-hopping and errand stuff. For more details, read further into the guide!

For exact location references, make sure to check and refer to this map. Though, we’ll also provide some directions in the detailed walkthrough section, just in case you feel like sailing and using the in-game compass.

NOTE: When using this map, it will be upside down. Meaning, South is North, North is South, East is West, and West is East. For example, Louge Town is located in the South-East direction from Shark Park, but it is not directly to the south. Furthermore, you can locate Charlotte Island to the east of Louge Town, instead of it being in the South-East direction. For the detailed walkthrough, the directions will be accurate.

Detailed Walkthrough

First, you’ll have to start in the Pixel Piece Island (Starter). From there, you’ll need to sail your way to the back of the Shells Island/Town.

From the back of the Shells Island, you’ll need to go Northwest again until you reach little set of islands, called Lost Island. For reference, check out the image down below.

Upon reaching the Lost Island, go the one on the farthest right until you realize you’re in a safe zone. Once on the safe zone, you’ll need to type and chat this phrase “Kodai Kara Gendai Made!“.

After successfully typing the phrase, you’ll get the “Old Man Clue”. Then, you’ll have to proceed to the Vail Island.

After reaching Vail Island, it must glow at night and look similar to the image below. If it’s night and it’s not glowing, it’s bugged. To fix the bug, you’ll need to server hop and retry.

Once you fix the bug, jump up into the location depicted in the image below to obtain the Glyph.

After getting the Glyph, you’ll want to go to Logue Island and go this spot. Talk to the NPC on the right.

If you have the Glyph, choose “Yes.” to get the Tablet of Destiny. Once you have finished, proceed to the next step.

Go back to Pixel Piece Island (Starter) and go to this location on the back left corner of the island.

Look for this tight area as shown in the image down below.

If you have completed all the previous steps, you will open up a door that will lead you to this side of the wall as shown in the image below.

NOTE: A current bug is causing the completion of the mission/treasure to not be displayed at the top of the screen. If you encounter this issue, either keep rejoining and attempt to progress, or simply wait until it is fixed.
