A Plague Tale Requiem: How to Open the Gate | Chapter 11

In the game, Amicia and Hugo have to solve a lot of puzzles in order to continue their journey. They are young, but they are very resourceful and smart, allowing them to survive this long in a world that wants to kill them both. In Chapter 11, Amicia, Hugo, and Sophia are stopped by a large gate that cannot open. This is a big problem because they need to go through that gate. But how? Well in this guide, we will show you how you can open the large gate in Chapter 11.

How to Open the Gate – A Plague Tale Requiem

When the gameplay starts, go to the left side of the room and into this smaller room. There will be a crank on the left. Have Sophia operate it.

This will open the gate that lets Amicia drag the cart out of the hall it was in.

Bring it back to the main room and leave it there.

Go to the left side of the gate where there is a lever sticking out of the wall. Have Sophia operate it.

Go to the front of the cart and attach the hook to Amicia’s crossbow. Shoot the hook at the crank and tie the rope to the cart and the gate is one step closer to be opened.

Go to the right side of the room and have Sophia operate the lever once again.

Send Hugo to hold the lever down that will get the gate to open.

But, this instead brings out a wheel that needs to be turned in order to open the gate. You and Sophia will then spin the wheel around to open the gate and voila, you can now continue your journey.
