Collecting weapons in games can be fun but also challenging, some games hide their weapons through challenges or trials while others hide them through game or story progression. Once you get a new weapon for your arsenal though that dopamine hit is amazing and trying out that newest weapon on the nearest thing that’s moving is tradition.
In Sons of the Forest one of the first weapons you’ll get is the axe, but there are other axes out there in the game and in this guide, we’ll show you where to find all 3 axes in the game!
Sons Of The Forest – All 3 Axe Locations
There are a lot of different tools and weapons you can find in Sons of the Forest but there’s one thing that’s always there for you when you start the game and it’s the axe.
Now you have 3 different flavors of axes in the game and we’ll go through each one and where to find them so that you can complete your axe collection!
Tactical Axe
The first axe is the Tactical Axe and it’s found at the start of the game.
When you open the Emergency pack inside your inventory you’ll find the Tactical Axe right inside along with a lot of other things to help you out at the start.
For the other two axes you’ll need to do some exploring, above is the location of the two axes and we’ll start with the one at the bottom.
Modern Axe
Once you get to the general area where the axe is you’ll need to find an abandoned camping area.
There you’ll see a corpse that’s been killed by the Modern Axe, go on and get it don’t worry there’s no jump scare or anything. He won’t be needing that axe anyway!
Firefighter Axe
When you go look at the map at the start of the article the Firefighter Axe is the icon at the top, before you get there though you’ll need a shovel.
Once you have it go find the area shown above, there you’ll see a patch of dirt that you can dig through. This will lead you to the Maintenance A area.
It’s just a long corridor and at the very end, you’ll find your Firefighter Axe!
Congratulations you now know where to find all the axes in the Sons of the Forest! Now go out there and try to get them all!
Each of these axes has different stats so go and try them out so you can see what’s your favorite!
