The Brighthoof is one of the areas you can explore in the Wonderland Overworld. There are a total of 4 areas where you can locally travel in Brighthoof.

⦿ LORE SCROLL #1: Submission Denied
Go to the area on the map above and jump across the gap in the bridge.
Climb up the stairs to your left and follow the path to the north on your right, entering the foyer of the house. You will find a red table here which is the captain’s desk and the scroll is on top of it.
⦿ LORE SCROLL #2: Is He?
Enter Izzy’s’ Fizzies and go to the second floor. When you get to the second floor, head south without going out and you should see a small entrance to a small room to your right.
The Scroll is on top of the box to your left.
⦿ LORE SCROLL #3: The Yumming
Go to the area on the map above and look down to your left. You should see a barrel here that is attached to a cannon. Shoot it to cause the cannon to fire.
Go towards the explosion and defeat the enemies here. The Scroll is on top of the table.
