All Star Tower Defense provides players with some interesting strategic challenges. They can utilize a variety of different troops inspired by anime and other shows to defeat enemies in Raids. However, there are some Raids that can be incredibly challenging, especially when playing Solo. This includes the GirlZone Raid that features some really strong bosses.

The GirlZone provides some great rewards but is considered very difficult. In this guide, we will show you not only how to beat this Raid, but also show you how to do this Solo. You will only need 5 units to do this as well, as long as you follow the strategy. Let’s dive in and see how you can get past this Raid!

How To Solo GirlZone Raid

The GirlZone Raid is incredibly challenging as the bosses in the Waves can be pretty tanky. It has also become more difficult due to a recent nerf on Idol’s Buff Ability. Nonetheless, we have prepared a way in which you can get past this with 5 units and no Idol Buff.

Beating the GirlZone Raid will grant you x125 Stardust Reward.

Units

There are 5 units that you will be using in this Raid to beat it Solo. They are following:

  • (Leader) Ombra
  • Idol
  • Jokato Koju IV
  • Black Stache (Timeskip)
  • Bobblehead.

Setting Ombra as the leader will provide you the following Leader Skill:

  • Units in the Isekai Life Category gain [AttackBoost +20%; 20% Bonus].

Initial Deployment

Now that you know which units to use, we will now examine where you should deploy them. The position of deployment is important so that you can take full advantage of each unit’s abilities against the Bosses. Make sure you have Game Speed set at 1X during this setup period.

Starting off, you want to deploy Black Stache right in front of the spawn point of the Bosses. You will be using him aggressively during the initial Wave while you set up the other units on the map. Upgrade him immediately to Upgrade #3 to improve his stats and give him the Slow Ability.

After that, you want to make your way towards the middle of the map, where there are many platforms. Near the corner of one of these platforms, you will be deploying the leader Ombre. Ombre has plenty of AoE attacks, so it is best that you keep her here for optimal range.

This position also ensures that she will be able to attack the Bosses, no matter where they are on the paths. After deployment, immediately upgrade her to Upgrade #9. At Upgrade #7, she gains the Atomic Ability which is a devastating attack that you will need during this Raid.

Additionally, you also get a boost to your AoE stats. Also, make sure that you change her Priority to AoE (Strongest). This will ensure she uses her powerful attacks against the strongest enemy in her range.

A bit towards the right in the same position, you want to deploy Idol. She has a large AoE range so it makes sense to deploy her here.

Idol has an AoE range in which she could Buff all your units. However, with the debuff this is not possible. Nonetheless, we will still use the additional money she provides, alongside her Shine Ability. The Shine ability can be used on all units’ attacks within the AoE range.

So, after deployment, immediately, upgrade her to Upgrade #10. You can set the Shine ability to Auto Activate so that you won’t have to worry about it.

After this, you will be deploying your Jokato Koju IV units. You will need to place multiple of these near the closest longest path. This will ensure that you can use their Timestop ability that unlocks at Upgrade #2. It provides an AoE effect where all units within range are stunned and slowed down.

Incredibly useful, as it allows all your units to damage them and ensure the Bosses die before they cross the Raid. Make sure you upgrade these units to MAX to ensure they have the highest Range. Having multiple will also ensure that you can have the Bosses stunned for a longer time.

The last unit is Bobblehead, but we will not be deploying it now. This unit will come in later on, during the main Raid.

During Raid

The first two Waves will go by pretty smoothly with the setup you have now. Once you have finished the deployment, you can increase the Gamespeed to 2X or 3X, whichever one you are comfortable with.

When you are upgrading or using Ability, you can reduce the Gamespeed to 1X and alternate accordingly.

Jokato Koju’s Timestop ability will play a crucial role during this Raid. So, make sure that the Timestop ability for all the units you deployed is working as it should. Reduce the Gamespeed to 1X if you need to manually use the Ability.

You can check how much the mob has been stunned by the Clock symbols on their head.

During these Waves, also make sure that you upgrade your Idol as well. Take the Idol up to Upgrade #12 to ensure you get even more money as the Waves progress.

When you are towards the end of Wave 3, it is time to deploy Bobblehead. Deploy this unit alongside Ombre and upgrade it to Upgrade #4.

At this stage, Bosses will start crossing towards the middle of the Raid and Bobblehead can do some great damage, since it targets single enemies.

When you start progressing towards Wave 4, upgrade Bobblehead to MAX to ensure you can further scale up the damage.

At one point, the enemies will start getting out of the Jokato Koju IV’s AoE and they will stop getting slowed down. You want to avoid this at all costs, so set up more units towards the middle of the Raid area.

Don’t worry about the damage, as your other units can take advantage and continue to damage them since they have good AoE.

Also set up these units near the Defend Point that is towards the end of the Raid. They will act as a safety net here and ensure that you do not lose the Raid.

Having these units set up like this all throughout the Raid will ensure that Bosses will always be getting Stunned and slowed down.

You also want to take advantage of Ombra’s Atomic ability during the whole duration of the Raid. This Ability was the reason why you upgraded her so much. You can manually use this Ability and we highly recommend you do it whenever it becomes available.

However, timing is key here. Activate this ability on Bosses only when they are stunned. This will ensure that you can target them properly and get as many of them as possible with one attack. Use this throughout the Raid and keep checking if the cooldown is over or not.

Follow these steps and you should be able to get through this Raid very comfortably. Don’t worry if the Bosses do reach the Defend Point. The Timestop ability will give you ample time to defeat the Bosses that reach there.

Even if the Defend Point loses quite a bit of HP, you will still be able to get through eventually. And there you go, you have successfully beat the GirlZone Raid Solo! All worth it since you can get the x125 Stardust.

That’s everything you need to know about defeating the GirlZone Raid solo. As you can see, you can still defeat this Raid Solo even without the Idol’s Buff. The important thing is to ensure that the Bosses are always in the Timestop AoE zone. After that, you can rain down hell on your enemies with Ombra’s Atomic Ability! We also encourage you to try other units and be creative with this Raid.
