How To Prepare For Galaxy 2 & Update 9
Gems
There are going to be a chock-full of new additions with this update, but the main thing you’re going to need is the gems. If you don’t know, Devourer Crystals are going to be used for the second galaxy.
Difficulty (Luck)
If you’re wondering, you will be able to use all the units you currently have in Galaxy 2 but keep in mind that the units there will be stronger than your main units. Unfortunately, you will also not be able to open Godly Mythical but luckily (no pun intended) luck will no longer decrease per world.
This means that with Galaxy 2, the difficulty chance will stay the same as with Land of Giants.
Do Your Devour Challenges Every Day
Doing Devour Challenges will increase your Devourer Crystal stock, so make sure you do them every day to give yourself as much currency as possible before Update 9 rolls out. This way, you can also get really good rewards such as the orb enhancer to spend on Galaxy 2.
Max Out Your Units
As mentioned earlier, the units on Galaxy 2 will be much stronger. Prep yourself for the battles to come by maxing out your current units and giving yourself a fighting chance.
New Currency
There’s going to be a new currency so there’s no need to grind any more yen than you already have. If you have more than 100 Trillion Yen you’ll definitely be more than fine.
Tower
Try to max out your tower and this will give you a massive amount of gems. If you’re currently in a low-level room, try to get to level 200. You can just use copy units and get a good damage combo. You don’t need a stellar maxed-out team, just build one that’s cohesive enough.
Constantly Grind
Make sure you get maximum achievements. If you’re trying to increase your Luck, make sure you do your Titan Trial (at least the first) and you’ll get +25%. At the bare minimum try and get the Lucky featured Gamepasses to double your luck.
You can also look up the codes for the gamepasses to max them out. Raids are also pretty important to upgrade your team. Try to get good Quirk combo traits – get Cosmic traits (or even just one Cosmic trait unit) and max level that unit.
Use a secondary quirk like a Giant or Assassin that you can use with a Cosmic trait to improve your team synergy. If you get Titan, we suggest not going for the Giant because you’ll have fewer attacks.
