With the latest update in Anime World Tower Defense, we’ve had all sorts of new characters added to the game. For instance, a new SR++ Gon is now available in the game, and we highly recommend you get him because of how meta he is. However, in this case, we’ll be looking at a hidden unit you can get.
That’s right, you can actually get a hidden SCR+ unit in the form of Xeno. This unit is inspired by John Doe from the webtoon, unOrdinary. In this guide, we’ll be showing you what makes him such a great unit and how you can use him in Anime World Tower Defense. Let’s get into it!
Hidden SCR+ Xeno Guide
In this guide, we’ll be looking at an overview of Xeno, what makes him so good, and how you can get him in Anime World Tower Defense.
Hidden SCR+ Xeno Overview
Starting off, we’ll be looking at an overview of Xeno. The overview you’re looking at is extremely difficult to see right now because of how difficult Xeno is to get in the game. But we’ll be diving into that later.
Immediately, you can tell that he is a Random type unit. In fact, he is the most complicated Random unit in the game because of the various random attacks and passives that he can inflict. They are 13 in total and these are:
- Tamer
- Flame 2
- Bleeding
- Justice
- Freeze 2
- Zombie Mark
- Decay
- Knockback
- Slow
- Cosmic
- Bloodthirsty 2
- Superpower Critical
- Charm
Good luck remembering all of that! Additionally, there is an 8% chance for Xeno to apply these effects at any time. So, in essence, you really can’t predict what Random he’s going to inflict.
As a result, his Random just isn’t very good.
He falls into multiple categories, but the most important ones are Anti Hero, Revenger and Esper. His Leader Skill also provides an ATK +120% boost to other Anti Hero units in the team.
As you can also already tell, he seems to have really powerful Attack and DPS stats. However, we’ll dive into what exactly makes him so strong by putting him on the battlefield.
SCR+ Xeno Placement & Range
Next up, we’ll be placing down Xeno on the field. As you can see, Xeno has a really large AoE circle right off the bat.
So, we recommend placing him down in a central location for the best results. His placements are capped to a maximum of 1 anyway. Make sure you make the most of it!
As you upgrade Xeno, his AoE circle range will also steadily increase. At one point, it will become incredibly huge, and you’ll be able to damage enemies from practically anywhere. With this incredible range, you won’t have to worry about placing him down in a specific spot. Just look at the size of it!
SCR+ Xeno Damage Numbers
SCR++ Xeno in Anime World Tower Defense does offer up a lot of range. But how does he stack up when it comes to damage?
We’ll be placing Xeno alongside a SCR+ Obito and Ninetails Mode Naruto. Obito boosts the attack of Revenger units by a huge 120% while Naruto’s auto also boosts ATK units. As a result, we’ll be able to see what Xeno’s attack numbers can potentially get to.
As you can see, they can get to about 15M for 180k which is absolutely insane. In essence, Xeno becomes the best unit in the game when it comes to pure stats this way. He will be able to fight against most enemies pretty easily.
We pit him against a variety of enemies with steadily increasing health pools. He was able to take on a 525M unit on his own (with ATK Buffs from Support Units). No other unit in the game can manage to do this as a single placement.
Even SR++ Killua requires 3 units to be able to challenge a 1B unit – and he will likely get nerfed.
However, there is one flaw that does kind of balance Xeno out besides being limited to just one placement. It’s the fact that his randoms are just so all over the place. Most other Random units have random effects that are much more reliable than his.
Furthermore, he is also incredibly difficult to obtain – which is why Hidden in his title suits him perfectly! We’ll see how you can obtain him next!
SCR+ Xeno Obtainment Method
SCR++ Xeno is incredibly hard to get in Anime World Tower Defense. You will need to play the Esper City Story Act 5 Stage. Additionally, you will have only a 0.1 – 0.5% chance to get him from this raid – depending on the difficulty you choose.
Because of these low drop rates, you’ll want to do this on Challenger for the extra drop. This will make it even harder to get him. So, if you’re struggling with the story itself then we recommend doing it on Insane to get x3 drops.
Even then, you’ll need to get extremely lucky to get your hands on this Hidden unit!
That’s everything you need to know about SCR+ Xeno in Anime World Tower Defense. He puts out some of the best Attack numbers but is incredibly difficult to obtain! Next up, we recommend checking out our LR Hidan guide – an interesting unit that provides a Bleeding passive effect!
