The Darkwraith is one of the many super classes you can find in Arcane Lineage. Belonging to the Chaotic alignment, the Darkwraith features abilities with the dark element theme. So, if you’re planning to get your hands on this class, this guide is for you!
Darkwraith Trainer Location Guide (Light & Dark)
The Darkwraith is a superclass from the Martial Artist, so if you want to get this class, you need to start with the Martial Artist as your base class first.
The Darkwraith trainer can be found in Cess Grounds. This is similar to the previous Darkwraith trainer location, albeit with some noticeable changes.
To get started, you want to talk to the Itinerant who you can find outside of Caldera town, right next to where the Golem Carriage is. Choose Westwood Heart to get teleported to Deeproot Canopy.
Getting to Cess Grounds
Once you get there, you want to make your way to Cess Grounds.
From the Itinerant, turn immediately right and keep running until you find a dead tree lying on the ground and a colorful tree up ahead.
Once you get near the tree, turn immediately right and jump up the rocks. Up ahead, you’ll see a passage to the left. Follow the path to the left, then just go straight ahead until you find some purple glowing orbs.
You’ve now arrived at the Cess Grounds. You’ll also notice the atmosphere changing from green to purple.
Getting to the Darkwraith Trainer
Now comes the trickiest part. Getting to the trainer isn’t a walk in the park due to the nature of the area. Basically, you have to pay close attention to the color of the fog while walking around.
Once the purple color gets brighter, you’ll have to choose another path, as continuing will cause you to take damage over time. The same applies if your screen starts flashing purple.
I highly recommend just walking instead of running so that you can react properly. The above image is an example of what happens if you walk recklessly around the area.
From the entrance of Cess Grounds, turn left and simply follow the path forward. Eventually, you will find an open area on a lower level. Go down this area while still taking into account the fog mechanics.
Not far from there, you will see a tiny cave to the right. Simply head inside the cave to find the Darkwraith trainer inside.
Conclusion
As you can see, rushing through Cess Grounds isn’t a good idea as it will only kill your character. Instead, the best method would be to walk slowly while adjusting your path based on the purple fog. Once you’re done, you can now unlock the Darkwraith subclass!
