Playing a game with friends or a group is always fun than playing alone. Any game’s fun is multiplied a hundred times when you have mates to fool around with, which can make even the most boring games fun. In MMOs groups of friends often make guilds and these guilds can go on to be bigger and bigger, and the more the merrier right? In Arcane Odyssey you have guilds as well called Crew, and in this guide we’ll show you how Crews and Infamy works in the game for those who want to start or join one to have more fun!
Crew & Infamy Guide | Arcane Odyssey
A Crew is Arcane Odyssey’s way of saying a guild, or a group of people working together for a goal. That goal being to increase Infamy. To make a guild you’ll need 5000 Galleons and then you can create one talking to the proper NPC. To join a guild though takes a bit more effort to do so.
Sometimes you can get lucky and a leader of a Crew or a Quartermaster which is the second-in-command is nearby. You can then talk to them and ask them if you can join their Crew. Most Crews will invite you on the spot since the more people the better the Crew is.
Some Crews also advertise their Crew via the Global Announcements, where they often link their Crew Discord Servers. You can then join those servers and try to talk to someone to get you invited to their group. Some Youtubers and Streamers are often leaders of their own Crews and you can ask to be invited in the chat, just be nice and proper about it.
So what does a Crew do? Well simple, they can capture islands and create Infamy. The more islands they capture the more Infamy they get. They can only capture islands though when there’s another crew in the server so keep that in mind. Be sure to coordinate with your crew in capturing islands so you can get that Infamy up in no time and try to get to the Leaderboard!
