Alright, so if you’ve been grinding Arise Crossover for any amount of time, you already know the pain of farming specific legendary weapons. For me, it was the Twin Runic Blades (the best weapon in the game atm), and yeah, the grind can be brutal. That’s why I decided to break down everything I’ve learned into one guide. Whether you’re just starting your SS blade grind or trying to push for N-rank, this will save you time, tickets, and sanity. I’ll also share a few personal tricks I use during my own runs, including a couple that I don’t see many people talking about.
How to Get Twin Runic Blades Fast
So how do you actually get Twin Runic Blades? They drop from dungeons that spawn in Mori Town, but it’s all RNG-based. There’s no guaranteed way to get them, but the more luck you stack, the better your chances. That’s where things like loot enchantments, drop boosts, and location-based tricks come into play. I’ll break down how to stack everything together to tip the odds in your favor.

Loot Enchant (Up to +180%)
There’s a lot of debate around this, so I tested it myself. Looting used to only apply to dust. But after the April 5 update, loot aspects were introduced, and they seem to impact drop rates for destroyed items too, maybe even legendary boss drops.
Here’s what I noticed: If I switch to a weapon with Loot VI right before the boss dies, I consistently get more drops. Could be luck, but after grinding out 81 C-rank blades to craft one SS, I started noticing patterns.
So, here’s my take: Don’t skip it. Always switch to your loot weapon before the boss dies. Worst case, nothing changes. Best case? You walk away with something rare.

Use 2X Drop Chance Boost & Drop Potions
Alright, let’s start with the obvious but essential one, 2x Drop Chance Boost. You can buy it for 599 tickets, and it literally doubles your boss drop odds. It’s honestly the best bang-for-your-buck in the whole game. If you’re running around 20–30 S-dungeons, you’ll have enough tickets to grab one easily. Just do it, it stacks with everything else I’m about to show you.
Next up: Drop Potions. These things slap. Head to the Shop > Boosts, grab the +50% drop rate potion, and chug it before jumping into D or E-rank dungeons in Mori Town or other islands. It lasts 10 minutes, and YES, it stacks with the 2x Drop Boost and loot enchants. You’ll start seeing the difference after just a few runs.

Rune Mechanics and Location-Based Loot
This part gets overlooked a lot: Dungeon rewards are tied to where the portal spawns, not where the mobs come from.
That means if the dungeon portal spawns in Mori Town, you’ll get Mori drops, even if you use a different rune like Grass or Solo Leveling to change the enemies.
Here’s how I use this: If I get a Mori portal, I throw on a Solo Leveling Rune to make the mobs easier. That way, I get Mori drops (like the Twin Runic Blades) while clearing faster.
I even tested this with a Gucci boss in Solo Leveling City, used a different rune and still got the right drop. So yes, this works.

Dungeon Speed: More Bosses = More Drops
Let’s talk time-saving. Room Runes let you remove one wave per rune used. So a 4-wave dungeon drops to 3 with one rune, or to 2 if you try to use two, but don’t do that. You can’t go below 3 waves, so anything extra is wasted.
You can carry up to 15 of them. They’re available at the Rune Shop in the Guild Building (not the Exchange Shop, I always confuse the two). Use these whenever you’re speedrunning dungeons to increase your boss encounters per hour.
I recommend always keeping some on hand, especially when C, D, or E-rank portals spawn in Mori Town. That’s your chance to farm the tickets you’ll need for more runes and drop boosts.
One small quality-of-life trick I use constantly, the Auto-Fly Trick:
- Start flying, then press Escape. You’ll keep flying forward without holding W.
- Or hold W, click into the chat box, and let go, same result.
It’s a small thing, but it makes grinding way easier when you’re multitasking or just want to relax.

Shadows Might Steal Your Drops?
This one’s more of a theory, but I’ve tested it: If your shadows kill the boss, it might not trigger the looting enchant on your weapon. I started unequipping shadows right before the boss dies, and I swear I get better drops. Coincidence? Maybe. But worth a try if you’re min-maxing.
How to Grind SS Twin Runic Blades
Here’s the math:
- You need 27 C-rank blades to craft 1 S version.
- Then 3 S versions to make 1 SS blade.
- That’s 81 C-blades total for 1 SS Twin Runic Blade.
It’s a grind, but with all these boosts stacked (loot, potion, 2x drop, Room Runes), it goes a lot faster. BTW, don’t sleep on the S version. I had a Sharpness 7 / Vorpal 5 S-blade, and honestly, I regret trading it in. It slapped harder than some SS gear.

Bonus Thoughts and Tips
- Twin Scarlet Reapers: If it’s in the dungeon pool, try going AFK during the run. I’ve heard multiple reports of the drop happening that way.
- N-Rank Progress: I think you either need the SS Twin Runic Blade or a combination of G-units and Monarch (Sun Jin-Woo) to hit it.
Wrap-Up
Here’s the final breakdown of the luck stack:
- Loot Enchant: +180%
- 2x Drop Boost: +100%
- Drop Potion: +50%
That’s up to +330% luck, at least theoretically. I’m not saying it all stacks perfectly, but from what I’ve seen, it works well enough to be worth doing. If you’re serious about getting those Twin Runic Blades, or hitting N-rank: this setup is how I’m doing it. Hopefully it helps you out too. Let me know in the comments if you’ve had similar results, or if you’ve got your own tricks I should test. See you in the next grind.
