There are lots of outfits and armor that you can wear in Assassins Creed Mirage. If you’re looking for the Zanj Uprising Outfit in particular either for its look or its notoriety-reduction buff, you’ve come to the right place. In this guide, I’ll show you how to reach the Zanj Uprising Outfit, as well as solutions for the puzzles along the way.
All Zanj Uprising Outfit Locations
Besides the Zanj Uprising Outfit, I’ll also include the location for the Upgrade Schematics. This means you’ll have access to a total of three Gear Chest Locations to acquire these items. Let’s jump right into it!
Location #1 Harbiyah/Upper Harbor Ship Gear Chest
For this location, make your way to the ship in Upper Harbor as shown in the image below.
In order to get to the Gear Chest, you’ll have to go through a shelf-moving puzzle. First, move the shelf blocking the entrance forward to access the cabin.
After clearing the entrance, circle around the shelf and shift it to the left. This will reveal a path through the room’s center.
On the right side of the room, pull the shelf towards the entrance.
Proceed through the center path you’ve revealed earlier and move the back shelf to the right side of the room.
Finally, move the initial shelf (from the second step) down to the back of the room.
And there you have it, simply follow the open path and make your way to the Gear Chest for Zanj Uprising Outfit.
Location #2 Prince’s Palace Gear Chest (Upgrade Schematic)
For this location, the Gear Chest will be located right inside the Prince’s Palace, hidden behind a flat wooden structure.
Though, be careful as the place is a restricted area. For the exact location, you may refer to the image below.

Location #3 Khurasan Gate Guardhouse (Upgrade Schematic)
Now, for this location, we’ll have to do some parkour and some puzzle as well, similar to the Upper Harbor ship.
First, make your way to the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse. For the exact location of the Gear Chest, you may refer to the image below. For instructions and directions, read further into the guide.
After arriving in the location, jump up the platforms and across the wooden lift. Then, make your way to the top of this house as shown in the image below.
Up next, look to your left and jump down a level towards the trees.
From here, you’ll have to go across the tightrope. Then, climb up through the walls and platforms. You may refer to the image below.
After making your way up, look to your right and use this Lift shown in the image.
Next, wrap around and go to the back of the area. Be careful as there will be guards here.
Then, you’ll come across some shelves similar from the ship from before, as well as some vases.
In order to move forward, first destroy the vases as they’re blocking you from moving the shelf on the right.
After that, push the left shelf. From here, you’ll have to throw in order to reach another vase blocking the right shelf.
Once that’s done, you may now push the right shelf as well.
And guess what? More vases. Destroy all of them to open up the small pathway. Then, simply crouch or slide down to enter the area.
And there you have it! That’s the Gear Chest containing another Zanj Uprising Outfit Upgrade Schematic.
