To obtain the Feline Codpiece Treasure Map, you’ll need to go to Claviger’s Landing. Here, you should see two Merchant icons on the map. Head to the one marked below.
This will take you to Lynna the Merchant, who will be standing behind her stall. Interact with her so that you can see all her wares.
Here, you should be able to see the Intimidating Feline Codpiece treasure map for sale. You will be able to purchase it for 100 Copper Skeyt.
After you purchase it, you will see the following treasure map. It hints at a small opening next to a waterfall.
The exact location of this opening can be found by heading to the following location on the map, near the Southern Embrace.
Walk up the gap and you’ll eventually come across a boarded up door. Break the door down.
