There are some interesting puzzles in Baldur’s Gate 3. Some of them can be quite easy while others need a bit more brain power. Nothing beats the feeling of finally solving one though, and getting the loot you deserve. Sometimes, there’s certain things you’ll need to do first to solve the puzzle. One of those things might involving hitting things.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to do the Blood of Lathander Statue Puzzle in the game. That’s because one of the pieces of the puzzle is jammed, so how do we fix that? Well, it’s quite simple actually!
Blood of Lathander Statue Puzzle | How to Rotate Jammed Statue
At one point in the game, you might find yourself in a room where there’s two statues that you can rotate. After seeing this, you should know by now that there’s a puzzle in this room, why wouldn’t there be? If I were an evil Fantasy Architect, I would put interactable stuff like these that leads to nowhere just to mess with people. Luckily for you, I didn’t design this one and it’s actually a puzzle.
The problem is that one of the statues can’t rotate. Well, it can with the proper roll, but the DC is 25. That means only the strongest characters or a natural 20 can deal with that. If you can’t rotate the statue, another way of doing it is to just attack it. With a spell, a bow or a sword, just whack it and you can then rotate it!
Now, to actually solve the puzzle, you’ll need to rotate the unjammed statue twice, so it faces west. Then you’ll need to rotate the other statue 3 times until it points east. Once you’ve done that the hidden door will open, and you would have solved the puzzle!
That’s how you solve the Blood of Lathander Statue Puzzle and how to Rotate the Jammed statue in Baldur’s Gate 3. Now go out there and try to solve it yourself! Go check out our guide on how to get inside the Rosymorn Monastery if you haven’t already!
