In the left upper corner of the match start menu, you will be able to see the Prestige feature. If you are wondering what it does, here’s how it works. In Battlebit Remastered, players can advance through experience levels and level up. Players can gain EXP by killing opponents in matches and also completing mission objectives.

By using the Prestige feature, which will advance you to a new prestige level, you will unlock access to better weapons and attachments. Keep it in mind that you can only do this after reaching the maximum level of 200. After you prestige, you will lose all of your equipment and need to unlock it from the very start. However, you will be able to receive more skins which you can use to customize your weapons as well as other items.

For example, if you take a look at the M4A1 weapon, you will see that there’s a ‘Prestige 1’ category of looks for the weapon. There are a total of 3 Prestige Levels that give you skins for this M4A1 weapon. By unlocking Prestige, you will be able to gain many other looks for your weapons at the cost of having to start all over again.

It is absolutely right to say that farming for weeks, even months to reach the maximum level of 200 and unlocking all the items isn’t an easy thing to do. Since this feature makes you start all over, it has caused some controversy in the communities. Some people just don’t touch this feature since they do not want to lose the items that they have played for so long to obtain just for some skins.

But in the end, it is up to you whether you want to have these skins for yourself or not! There are always people out there that are willing to play from the very start and obtain each and every single skin for their cosmetics collection. Next time when you want to Prestige, consider very carefully about this decision. There’s no right or wrong when it comes to this so just enjoy the game and have fun!
