Rhya is a character that needs to be buffed in order to Nuke. It may make him sound weak at first, but usually, this is not the case.
Once he has all the buffs, he will be able to deal insane damage to your opponents.

Skills
His first ability is Copy Dark Magic “Continuous Slash”. Upon using the skill, Rhya continuously performs a dark slash, dealing damage to all enemies.
If he has a Buff, he will perform an Extra Attack, dealing damage equal to 30% of his ATK and MATK to an enemy.
His second ability is Copy Dark Magic “Gale Slash”. This ability lets him deal damage and copy 2 of an enemy’s buff(s).
The damage of the ability isn’t that good, but you get to copy buffs of an enemy if they have them.
The third ability is Copy Dark Magic: “Dark Cloaked Lightless Slash”, which is his Ultimate move. During this, he casts a powerful Dark Magic attack, dealing damage to an enemy.
- If he has two or more buffs, he will perform an Extra Attack on an enemy, dealing 70% of ATK and MATK as extra damage.
- After that, all attacks will grant him a 15% increased damage dealt per buff he has. If he has 10 active buffs, this damage increase will be 150%.
For the Combined Attack, you will want to use it with Licht. You’ll want to level this skill on both characters so that the damage counts for both characters.
His passive will grant him HP Recovery equal to 15% of Max HP when a Buff expires. This can only trigger once per wave.
The enhanced passive will give you a 2.5% Increased ATK when a Buff expires. (Stacks up to 3 times).
Skill Page
Some of the good Skill Pages you can use are as follows:
- Blazing Hate & Breath of Darkness: Increased ATK%
- Condemnation of Light: Increased Damage & Crit Rate
- Breath of Flames: A universal skill page that provides increased damage against bosses.
- Lion’s Energy: Applies ATK increase proportionate to your HP. (Max 15%/30%)
- The Captain’s Dignity/Sea Serpent’s Pride: Increased Crit Rate
Talents
For Talents, you’ll want to go for the following:
- Red: Increased ATK and Sharp Mind.
- Blue: Increased Defense and Endurance.
- Green: Increased DMG RES and Swiftness. You can also go for Mage’s Blessing and Increased ACC and PEN as a second option.
Gear
Rhya should be built with ATK. For your sub-stat, go for ATK%, Crit Damage, Crit Rate, Accuracy, and PEN.
