Blade Ball the dodgeball-inspired Roblox gamemode where players deflect a ball to target other players, has received a new update including new cosmetics, new modes and clans.

New Update Guide (December 2023)
Blade Ball Clans
It is now possible to create your own community in Blade Ball by creating a clan. Doing so requires 15,000 coins or 400 Robux. You can assign your own name and description to the clan as well as create a custom badge that members can show off.
Clan members can try the daily and weekly challenges to upgrade the clan. As of now, there are 4 clan upgrades:
- Welfare: Clan members can claim a reward every day at 12:00 PM.
- Coin Earning: Increase in coin earning for all clan members.
- Luck: Increases the chance to get rare items for all clan members.
- Size: Increase the amount of players that can be in your clan.
New Gamemode: Juggernaut Mode
Juggernaut Mode is one of the main features of this update. It’s a limited-time gamemode that runs until the 24th of December.
In it, one player becomes the Juggernaut with 8 lives and tries to eliminate all other players.
There are lots of rewards players can get from playing Juggernaut Mode, such as new swords and explosion effects for kills. All you have to do is play Juggernaut Mode and get Juggernaut Tickets, which can be used for spins.

Clan Abilities: Quantum Arena & Calming Deflection
The update also comes with a new ability called Quantum Arena, which disables other people’s abilities for the whole duration. It is unlocked at Clan Level 2, but its sub-abilities can be unlocked at Clan Level 7.
There is one weaker ability called Calming Deflection, which can be unlocked at Clan Level 2. It adds an alternate way to deflect which slows down the ball significantly.
