Blasphemous 2 is the sequel to the of the 2019 Blasphemous, which is basically “what if Dark Souls was a Metroidvania game”, and that idea did wonders. Blasphemous became critically acclaimed and went on to creating a sequel, which is what we have now.

Everything you love about Metroidvania games is here. Great boss fights, combat, loot, exploration and more. However, exploration can be a little slow at first, but that’s because you’re missing upgrades, like the Ivy of Ascension, an upgrade that lets you climb walls.

In this guide, I will show you how you can get the upgrade in order to climb walls in the game.

How To Climb Walls

To get the Ivy of Ascension upgrade that will allow you to climb walls, you will need to go to this location in Profundo Lamento. On the map, go to the corridor that is marked by the red arrow. You can only access it if you go to the area above it.

When you reach this area that has crumbling platforms, go to the entrance to the right. Here, you will enter a long corridor.

When you make it to this room with a treasure on the other side, go towards it and the ground will crumble, causing you to fall into a pit.

He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
