The Souls-like genre has been a niche one for a long time and only came to prominence when Elden Ring came out bringing non-souls-like players into the game. Since then there have been many other Souls-like games out there from Indie developers and double-A developers that were released.

Let’s get one thing away first, when you see videos of this game it might be easy for you to think this is a soul-like game. That’s not the case for what the developers say and they’ve stated that you should expect something different. It seems like they’re trying to stand out from the souls-like genre even though it’s right there in their Steam tags that it’s soul-like.
Well, that doesn’t really say anything since searching games through steam tags isn’t the best anyway.
The game has been developed by 3 developers and even with that the game looks stunning for an Indie title. The game started development around 2019 and since then there were plenty of Demos.
The first demos of the game and the latest ones are completely different and it’s good to see these developers pour their blood, sweat, and tears into this dream project of theirs. It’s planned to release on March 10 and will be around 30 to 40 USD.
The developers also stated that if sales go well they’ll have enough to finance Multiplayer after the release so that’s one thing to look forward to. For console players out there, the game will in be released in consoles around 6 months after the PC release.
The game is designed to be played with a keyboard and mouse but you can also play it with a controller. Usually big projects like this suffer from optimization issues from small developers but this game isn’t one of them.
