Try your hand at this RPG-style, multiplayer game! Block Tales is a new game on Roblox currently in demo mode where players can explore a 2D world with adventures and treasures. Inspired by games like Super Mario and Earthbound, Block Tales’ world is filled with collectibles waiting to be found. One such collectible is BUX, which serves as in-game currency. I’m here to give you all 17 BUX locations in this guide.
All 17 BUX Locations
BUX is one of two in-game currencies in the game. They are scattered around the map and could be hidden or simply out in the open. They appear as green paper with the “BUX” printed on the front. BUX can be used to purchase badges in shops, so finding them is a great way to progress in the game.

Location 1
You can find the first BUX in Bizville. Head to the library and walk to the section left of the Mathematics shelves. You can’t read what that section is called, but walk to it and you will get the first BUX.
Location 2
The second BUX is still in Bizville. This time, keep walking right until you reach the second portion of the area. Enter the Job Center and head right. The BUX can be found inside one of the cubicles.
Location 3
The next BUX will be in the Arcade right beside the Job Center. Walk behind the yellow arcade machine and this will be the third location.
Location 4
Leave the Arcade and walk left from where you first came from. Head into the alley behind the Iron Cafe sign. Inside the Iron Cafe, keep walking right until you reach the stage. Right behind the platform will be the next BUX.
Location 5
The next BUX will be close by. Climb up from your current position and up the ceiling walkway. The next BUX will be right along the walkable path.
Location 6
Exit the cafe and jump on top of the sign (the one with the arrow pointing right) outside. This may take multiple times, but the goal is to jump onto the roof of the building beside it. From there, walk to the northeast corner of the building and to the right, the next BUX will be on the streetlamp beside it.
Location 7
Jump down and walk right into the next area. Walk into Roblox HQ and go up the stairs to the second floor. The BUX can be found on the leftmost side of the floor.
Location 8
Exit HQ and go to the grassland areas. Keep going right and jump onto this elevated area (pictured below).
Keep going left and you’ll find BUX number 8 at the edge close to the waterfall.
Location 9
The next BUX will be at the grassland area close to the building with the water wheel.
It will be on the roof of this building. To get there, climb the tree to the right of the building to get to the top.
Location 10
The next BUX will be in the cave system. Enter the caves and go right. You will see an icy area where you can find the next BUX.
Location 11
Keep going right and head deeper into the cave system. You will reach a point that is dominantly ice. There will be a scaffolding that you can climb to take you to a second level. On this second level, you will see scaffolding to climb again. Climb it to the top and then go left. Yes. You will fall back down into a hidden pathway. From this path, walk left behind the walls and you will eventually enter a hidden room. The BUX will be here but be careful about the ants!
Location 12
Head to Roadtown and keep walking forward. Yup! Walk into the abyss ahead.
This will lead you into a new room filled with penguins and igloos. Walk leftward and the BUX will be on a fountain.
Location 13
Head to the Mountain area and go right. Take the sloping path down and then take a left once you get to the lower level. Keep going left and you’ll find the BUX on an elevated square.
Location 14
Go to the Blackrock Entrance and walk down using the stairs to the right. Follow the path down and the BUX will be on an elevated square to the northwest.
Location 15
The next BUX will be in the Blackrock Treasure Room. You will need a Shrinking badge to turn smaller and fit into the hole in the wall beside the wooden gate.
Once in the hidden room, climb up the ladder and find the next BUX on top of the chests here.
Location 16
In the Blackroom 5, climb up the stairs and shrink down to enter the hole in the left wall.
Walk forward into the hidden hall and hit the chandelier to make it fall.
Walk back from where you entered and use the ball to hit across the water. A path will fall, and you can cross. Use dynamite on the red structures on the other side. Use the path again and return to where you hit the chandelier. Keep going left and the BUX will be on an elevated square.
Location 17
The final BUX will be in the King’s Court. Walk out from the wooden gates and you’ll enter a room with winding stairs. The final BUX will be behind the left staircase.
