If you’re just jumping into Blue Heater 2 and wondering why everyone else is speeding past you on glowing mounts with 5-digit damage numbers… don’t worry. We’ve all started out broke, weaponless, and talking to horses nobody wants. But here’s the good news, leveling up fast is absolutely doable, even solo, and this guide will walk you through everything from grabbing your first mount to raking in XP in the fastest way possible.

How to Level Up Fast

Leveling in Blue Heater 2 is less about endless mob grinding and more about knowing where to go, who to talk to, and what quests pay off the best. You’ll want to:

  • Focus on daily quests
  • Complete “Wanted Beast” posters
  • Talk to NPCs (a lot of them hand out goodies for free)
  • And yep, grab that free mount ASAP

While you’re at it, don’t miss our Beginner’s Guide for Blue Heater 2, it’s packed with knowledge and builds to get you started if you’re just jumping into the game. Now, let’s start with the most important part…

How to Get a Free Mount (Yes, You Get a Horse)

You’re not dreaming, you can get a mount early on, and it’s free. Here’s how:

Free mount quest location in Blue Heater 2 for fast questing.
  1. Head to the stable in Middlesbrough, which is just down the road from the slime-killing zone.
  2. Talk to the Stable NPC (Sigina). He’ll go on about how “nobody wants this one.” That one is your horse.
  3. Accept the quest, then walk up the nearby path to find the Old Horse waiting at a building.
  4. Interact with the horse, return to the NPC, and claim your mount.
  5. Open your menu → Inventory → Equip it.

Congrats! It may be the ugliest thing on four legs, but it’ll save you tons of time and stamina. Use it everywhere, especially while questing.

Early Gameplay Tips: Don’t Skip These

These early-game habits make a huge difference:

  • Do the main questline — lots of EXP and unlocks
  • Talk to every NPC — even saying “hi” can net you skills or coins
  • Don’t skip the tutorial — seriously, it’s short and teaches useful combat tricks
  • Use your mount — always
  • Invest your points smartly:
    • Strength = melee
    • Mind = magic
    • Agility or Vitality = survivability

Also, I strongly advice to ignore Robux items early on. They’re mostly cosmetics. You won’t need them to progress.

Leveling Up Fast: Your Priority Actions

Want to level up fast without losing your sanity? Stick to these:

  • Do daily quests every time they reset.
  • Complete Wanted Posters in towns like Middlesbrough, New Cresthill, Mist Valley, and Orington. These give you:
    • 100–660 EXP each
    • 100 Bleeder Bits
    • Coins
  • Spam Floor 1 & 2 side quests. Most are one-time but give HUGE EXP.

Which Quest to Prioritize (Biggest EXP)

There are tons of quests in Blue Heater 2, but here’s the smart order:

  • Daily Quests
    • War Room Mission Boards (both Floors)
    • Wanted Posters in all towns
    • Dracula quest in Vampire’s Lair (easy and high EXP!)
  • Floor 1 One-Time Quests
    • Old Horse (Mount, duh)
    • Calming Waves – Magic skill + EXP
    • Slime Slayer – Physical skill + EXP
    • The Plan, Sword/Dagger/Staff/Spear Training – Class skills + weapons
    • Dead Silence, Protect the Resonant Crystal, Hunters Gaze, and Bjis’ Astral Plants – These give massive EXP boosts early on
  • Floor 2 One-Time Quests
    • Zirik – Where There’s Lightning: 3,200 EXP + gear
    • Ulrer – Secret Lair: Easy route, 1,800 EXP
    • Yriem – Moths from Outer Space: 4,500 EXP
    • Goat Herding (yes, really) – 10,220 EXP. You heard me right.

If you’re ever unsure what to do next, knock out one of these. EXP will fly.

Detailed Daily Quests Guide, Locations & EXP

I’ve chosen to highlight Daily Quests with detailed locations because, let’s be honest, they’re your best bet for consistent EXP grinding. These quests are repeatable, easy to track, and they offer solid EXP alongside useful rewards like BleeterBits, coins, and sometimes even gear upgrades. If you’re looking to level up efficiently without relying too much on RNG or long story chains, this is where your grind begins.

Now, regarding one-time quests from the main story, they’re definitely worth doing for progression and unlocks, but they’re not the most efficient for grinding. That’s why I haven’t listed every single one here. Some, like “Goat Herding” (Floor 2: Castle Ellem, kill 100 Goatmans), are crazy simple and reward over 10,000 EXP, those are exceptions and are absolutely worth your time.

Bottom line: Use the daily quests for regular EXP farming, and knock out key one-time quests as side goals when you’re passing through or want that specific item or skill.

Bleeder Bits: The Best Currency in the Game

You’ll stack Bleeder Bits fast, and you’ll need them. Here’s what they’re good for:

  • Reset your stats
  • Summon companions
  • Roll for rare loot (aka gamble)
  • Recolor your armor
  • Buy from the Global Market in Sunshine Town

In short, don’t waste these, spend them wisely. They’re the backbone of late-game customization and optimization.

Wrap-Up

Getting strong in Blue Heater 2 isn’t about mindless grinding, it’s about being smart. Get that ugly horse. Talk to every NPC. Prioritize dailies and EXP-rich quests. And don’t hoard your Bleeder Bits, spend them to evolve your character and gear early. And remember: just because someone has a shiny sword doesn’t mean they did it faster than you. They might’ve just read this guide first hehe.

Up next, I’ve put together a full guide on all the races in Blue Heater 2, what they do, how they play, and which ones are actually worth picking (yeah, some are just for looks). If you’re wondering which race gives you the best edge, or you just want to avoid picking the one with the worst starting stats, this one’s for you.
