In the Sunwell Plateau raid, you will face multiple enemies with each one requiring a strategy. However, the bosses in the raid are one of the most challenging. This guide will show you how you can defeat Brutallus in Sunwell Plateau.
Brutallus Guide – World of Warcraft
Brutallus is the second boss you will encounter in the Sunwell Plateau. For this boss, the raid should maintain a DPS of at least 29,000, or else it will go berserk after 6 minutes. The best raid composition for the fight is 2 tanks, 7-8 healers, and multiple DPS.
Make sure to bring debuffs and use a good ratio of ranged and melee DPS. Brutallus can give you the Burn status, which gives the target damage over time and spreads to nearby players. If you get targeted by the Burn, make sure to notify the healer and remove yourself from the group to avoid spreading it.
The Meteor Slash deals 20,000 damage and increases the fire damage you will take by 75%. Stomp is a skill that can deal up to 21,150 damage and reduces the armor of the target by 50%. For the tanks, make sure you have the commanding shout and active trinket if you get the Stomp Debuff.
For the healers, we recommend the Heavy Int Holy Light build. A druid and a holy paladin are a great addition as well. Focus on the Burn targets, especially at the last seconds. As a DPS, simply maximize your rotations and debuffs on the boss.
There is no need to move a lot when it comes to Brutallus. Maintain at least 5 yards of distance from each other to avoid spreading Burn.
