You can get the Your Tax Dollars at Work Trophy during the Danger Close mission. In this mission, have the unique perspective of a combat plane and you can control its weapons from above. Below, you can see various enemies that you can kill that will glow white.

On the bottom right of your screen, you will notice three firing modes that you can switch between: Missile, 25mm and 40mm. For this achievement, you will need to switch to the Missile mode.

You will need to kill only one enemy with this missile. If you kill more, you will not be able to get the achievement. This is easier said than done since most enemies tend to be huddled together or in crowds. Additionally, missiles tend to have a very large explosive radius.

However, if you zoom in, you should be able to notice some enemies that are isolated. One such targeting location is the Boneyard, where you can find an enemy all alone towards the right. You can track Targeting Locations at the bottom of your screen.

After that, you can arm your Missile and get ready to fire. We highly recommend that you aim away from the enemy just in case. This will ensure that the blast does not get anyone accidentally nearby. Double check the location you are about to fire before you do this.
