COD MW3: How to Unlock Karambit Melee Fast

The Call of Duty series has a lot of cool weapons that you can use throughout the game. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is no different as it has dozens of weapons with different attachments and skins for you to get. Unlike the previous games though, the newest one has a new way of unlocking weapons that you’ll need to know about.

In this guide, we’ll show you how you can unlock the Karambit Melee weapon in the game. We’ll also show you the fastest way to do it as well as the standard way.

How to Unlock Karambit Melee Fast

In the previous Call of Duty game, you can unlock a lot of the weapons by just getting to the highest rank.

In COD MW3, there is a new system for unlocking weapons and the community has some mixed feelings about it. Some like the progression while others just see it as a needless added grind.

Fastest Method

The fastest way to get the Karambit in COD MW3 is to find a friend who already has one. You’ll then need to go to the zombie mode with your friend and the weapon and tell him to drop it.

You can then pick it up and then Exfil with the weapon in your inventory. That will unlock the weapon for you.

Standard Method

If you don’t have a friend or a random person to give you the Karambit, then you’ll need to unlock it through the normal system. Most weapons in the game are unlocked by doing daily challenges to work up for that weapon.

To do that, go to the Armory Unlocks and select the Karambit to activate it. You’ll then need to do a total of 5 daily challenges in the game to unlock it. Contrary to popular belief, you’re not limited to 3 daily challenges a day.

Once you finish 3 of the daily challenges in the game, it’ll unlock a bonus challenge that you can do an unlimited amount of times. This will count towards unlocking a weapon so you can unlock them in one day.
