Solving Merlin Trials increases your inventory storage, and you can find them scattered throughout the map in Hogwarts Legacy.
One such area is Cragcroftshire which contains a handful of puzzles to solve to complete the trial. This guide will show you how to solve them all.
How to Solve All Merlin Trials in Cragcroftshire

There are 5 Merlin Trials in Cragcroftshire, so buckle up and ready your Mallowsweet to start solving them. Let’s get started.
Merlin Trial 1

The first Merlin Trial in Cragcroftshire is located in the lower section of the region. Head to the icon on the map, then use a Mallowsweet to start the trial.

Face the west to find three orbs, break them first, then turn around to find three more spheres.
The last set of orbs is located on a cliff nearby north. Break them to complete the first Merlin Trial.
Merlin Trial 2

The second Merlin Trial is on the eastern part of Cragcroftshire. This trial is the easiest out of the five.
Start the trial, then head northwest to find a set of ascending white stone pillars. Jump onto each of them until you reach the last one to complete the trial.
Merlin Trial 3
Head to the house west of the Cragcroft Floo Flame to find the third Merlin Trial. Face west and use Confringo/Incendio to light up a brazier.
The second brazier is located south near the vendor while the last one is further south, hiding behind the grass.
Lighting all of them up will complete the trial.
Merlin Trial 4

The next Merlin Trial is located north of Cragcroftshire near a Spider Lair. After starting the trial, butterflies will spawn; use Lumos to attract them.
The first set of butterflies is located on the wall to the north. Turn around to find another set near the campfire.
Keep going further to find the last set of butterflies near a cart.
Head north to find three butterfly stones and lure the butterflies to these stones to complete the trial.
One is northwest of the trial while the other two are behind the walls to the north and west.
Merlin Trial 5

The last Merlin Trial in Cragcroftshire is located west. Before you start the trial, equip Confringo first in your spell slot.
There are 5 stone pillars with green markings to destroy, with the first one located above the trial. The following two pillars are close to each other.
One is located inside a room with a breakable wooden door. Use Confringo to destroy it, then proceed inside to find the stone pillar.
Go outside, then destroy the other stone pillar.
The fourth pillar is behind a wall south of the trial.
Go east and peek through the broken wall section to find the last stone pillar. Break it to complete the last Merlin Trial in Cragcroftshire.
