In Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0, CD Projekt Red has added a new awesome arcade game called ‘Trauma Drama’ to Night City, and it’s a must-play. If you’re having a hard time finding a way to play it, I got you covered! In this guide, I’ll show you how to access the mini game and get the high score. You will not want to miss this!

How To Play Trauma Drama Mini Game | Update 2.0
Now, let’s dive into the world of ‘Trauma Drama.’ This arcade game can be found in various locations throughout Night City.
Back then, you could reset these arcade machines by skipping time 24 hours, but I’m not sure if it still works. If you can’t find ‘Trauma Drama,’ try skipping time and see if that helps.
When you approach the arcade machines, be prepared for the possibility to encounter hostile NPCs in the area. Once you start playing, aim for the top score, which currently stands at a whopping 440,000.
Be warned, though, it’s not a walk in the park. Even if you manage to complete the game, dying multiple times might still prevent you from claiming the top score.
If you do make it to the top 10 of the leaderboards, you’ll receive a text message. However, this isn’t the one you’re after; it’s a bit misleading.
To earn the rewards, you need to secure the top score, and it doesn’t matter whether you finish the game or not.
If you die with that top score, simply let the timer run down, exit the game, and you’ll receive the text message you want.
This text message invites you to join the Trauma Team, but you need to do it through a computer.
Some locations might not have the Trauma Team website on their computers. In such cases, you’ll need to purchase a $40,000 apartment in Glen, where you can access the website for sure.
Once you’re on their website, click on ‘Trauma Team Members Access.’
Then, navigate to the ‘We Want You’ tab at the bottom. Click ‘Apply.’ If it gets stuck processing, switch to a different tab and return.
Eventually, you’ll receive a message stating that you’re not fit for the job. But don’t worry as there will be rewards waiting for you.
In order to get the rewards, head over to Little China Medical Building in Watson. Fast travel to this location as shown in the image below.
Then, after arriving in this location as shown in the image, turn left and then head straight until you see the Trauma Team logo and eventually the members.
At the destination, scan your hand, and you’ll be able to open a box and collect your rewards. You’ll get a Trauma Team outfit and a fantastic ornament for your mega-building apartment.
