The Glen can be found in Heywood. Bill will send you a text asking you to come over so you can just track it and maybe commit a few atrocities along the way. The problem comes in the form of a garage door that won’t open for some players however.

What you need to do is load any save that you made just before you respond to Bill’s text message. Do whatever you want in the meantime until he responds again.

Once he replies, choose the option that says, “strapped from time rn, but will come eventually.” This gets the garage door out of the way entirely.

Now that you’re at Bill’s place, all you need to do is talk to him for a little bit of dialogue. He’ll thank you for making significant changes to his life without having to rely on therapy.

He will also slip in 2,000 eddies into your account to thank you further. You can tell him to keep it however if you want them to survive a little bit longer living in the city.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
