The Tarot cards are not actual cards, but they are graffiti on the walls. They can be found by heading into the Night City on some walls. By progressing through the game, you will collect various Tarot Cards. Finding the Tarot cards is pretty easy. You will search in the area where you started to play the game. They are near fast-travel points, and that makes it very easy to collect them.

After collecting all the Tarot cards in Cyberpunk 2077, you will be tasked to return to Misty and figure out what it means. Once you are there, you will unlock the “Wandering Fool” achievement or trophy, and also you will get a dream catcher that will be placed in the bed of V’s apartment.

As you chat with her, she will tell you that you need to find two more cards. Unfortunately, these two cannot be found by exploring, but they are linked to different Cyberpunk 2077 endings. To collect these, you will wait a while.
