How To Find All Twisteds & Spawn Chances
In Dandy’s World, Twisteds are divided into various Rarities. Each Rarity has a certain chance to spawn based on the floor that you are on. So, both the floors and the Rarities are factors that will change the spawn chances. Additionally, the final Rarity, Lethal, does not spawn normally. We’ll look at how you can find them in this guide too. With that said, here are all the Twisted Rarities and their chances to spawn.
NOTE: Keep in mind that the chances provided in the guide are before being affected by the board. The board multiplies each Twisted’s chance of spawning from x2 up to x5.
Common Twisteds
Starting off, we have the Common Twisteds in Dandy’s World. These are really easy to find in the game. The Common Twisteds are the following:

Lethal Twisteds
Currently, Twisted Dandy is the only Lethal Twisted in Dandy’s World. It does not spawn normally, as there is a unique condition you need to meet to spawn it. To get Dandy to spawn, you need to skip buying anything from his shop three times in a row that he appears. This will make him upset and results in there being a chance for Lethal Dandy to spawn.
If you skip his shop more times, this will increase his chances of spawning. We do not have the exact numbers of these spawn rates. Once he does appear, you need to be very careful. This is because he can kill Toons in a single hit!
