How to Fix the MPT Dish and Hooking Up the MPT Dish
When you get down from the stairs, head to this window that is locked. Cut through it to get the window open.
Once the window is open, head inside and you will see locks on the floor as well. Cut it open for the machine to come out.
Aim the machine at the other building, specifically this part of the building, to power it up and open the door that is locked.
Leave the first machine and head inside the second building. There will be another machine inside. Use it to connect to the receiver point on the opposite side.
Lastly, head back to the first building and move the machine and connect it to the receiver point on the opposite side as well. This will complete the objectives.
