Siblings can be tough to deal with, but they are still family. Some people detest their siblings for various personal reasons, but they always come in to save them because that’s what family is all about.
In Diablo 4, there is a quest called Bound By Blood, where we focus on a man finding his lost brother. In this guide, we will show you how to complete the Bound By Blood quest and hopefully reunite these two brothers. If you are having trouble completing the quest, then this guide is for you.

Speak to Lacthan
To start the quest, you will need to go to Khatijah and speak to Lacthan, the first brother.
He tells you the story of his brother going with local hunters and wanting to look for him. Talking to him automatically starts the quest.
Speak to Priest Matvey, Meridan, and Guard Cvetko
When you get the quest, your first objective will be to speak to three people: Priest Matvey, Meridan, and Guard Cvetko.
They aren’t hard to find as they are marked on your map as quest objectives, but you can speak to Priest Matvey first as he is the closest one to you.
Bring Lacthan to His Brother’s Last Known Location
After speaking to all 3 NPCs, the objective will update and this time, you will need to travel to the brother’s last known location.
The location is marked on your map, so you can easily set a waypoint to help guide you there.
Search the Area for Clues
When you get there, a camp can be found. However, there are dead bodies around the area, signaling that something may have happened to Lacthna.
You will need to search the area for clues, primarily the merchant’s bodies and the broken barrels.
Help Lacthan Find the Bandit Hideout in Sinner’s Chase
Once you have finished finding all of the clues, your next objective is to find the bandit hideout in Sinner’s Chase.
The area is vast, but you can find the hideout in the lower left part of the area. There is a cave called Cuttrhoat’s Escape and you will need to enter to find the brother.
Search For Perithan
Once inside the cave, your objective will then change to find Perithan.
The path is linear, meaning that you won’t really need to actively look around to find Perithan. You just need to follow the path that leads to the next objective.
When you get to a door, you will find out it’s locked. You then have to find a key to unlock the door and get in quickly.
Follow the new quest marker that leads to where the key is. You will have to fight a bunch of enemies gathered around the area, though, so be careful.
Slay Outlaw Sharpshooter
After opening the door, you must follow the path forward until you reach this big open space, where Perithan is hiding in the corner.
As Lacthan goes to his brother, the Outlaw Sharpshooter boss will come out and fight you. Defeat the boss and speak to Perithan and the quest will end.
