The entrance to Jalal’s Vigil can be found in Scosglen, northeast of The Shrouded Moors, past the blood swamp. From the Tirmair Waypoint, it’s a short distance to walk. So, the easiest way to get there would be to travel to the Tirmair first.
From the Tirmair waypoint, you need to head northeast for a while. Make sure to mark it on the map so you don’t get lost.
