Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Forgotten Combination Quest Guide

What’s great about Disney Dreamlight Valley is that there is a story to be told. Now, I love Animal Crossing for giving the players freedom and setting them free into the world, but I also like having some story behind what I’m doing here. Disney Dreamlight Valley is just Animal Crossing lite, but with a story to back it up. You have Disney characters interact with you and give you missions that advance the story, like the A Forgotten Combination quest. If you’re looking for a guide to help you finish this quest, then you’ve come to the right place.

A Forgotten Combination Quest Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley

Our first step is to go ask Goofy about his favorite day. You can find his house on the map, but this is what it looks like (refer to the image above for Goofy’s house).

Talk to Goofy and ask about his favorite day of the year. He will say May 25th, but he can’t remember why.

Next on the objective is to find out “How many telescopes does one wizard need to study the stars?” If you are familiar with Disney characters, you should know that we are talking about Merlin. You can find his house on the map too, but this is what his house looks like.

Go inside his house and look around for telescopes, which is only one. You don’t have to talk to Merlin himself or anything. Since there is only one telescope, we then go back to Scrooge to give him the combination.

His house is also on the map, but his house (which fittingly looks like a bank) looks like this.

Talk to Scrooge and you will be asked to answer the questions. The answers, in order, are:

  • May 25th
  • 3
  • Just 1 is enough

After that, Scrooge should then remember what his combination is, which results in the quest being completed.

Elijah Hernandez is someone that loves video games since he was little. It didn't matter to him if people didn't like a video game. If it was fun, that was all that mattered to him. He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
