In Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Fairy Godmother loves to live in the Forgotten Lands. This place is a land filled with green fire; the Fairy Godmother thinks that the fire makes the place unsafe to live for other villagers. This is when you go on a quest to help her.
You will know that you are the only person that can extinguish the fires, and help the Fairy Godmother decorate the area. In this guide, we will give you detailed steps on how you can complete the Fire Alarm quest, and complete the mission the Fairy Godmother gave you!
Fire Alarm Quest Walkthrough
For the first part of the Fire Alarm quest, you will need to gather the materials for the Icy Enchantments. These include some Tourmaline, Snowball, Dream Shard, Purple Impatiens as well as an Empty Vial. In the next section, we will show you how to find the items.
The Tourmaline is a gem which you can find by mining rock nodes using the pickaxe. You can find these inside nodes in the Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights. Simply get yourself a pickaxe and go to the mentioned locations and you will be good! These gems are quite common and shouldn’t be too hard to find.
Snowballs are also really easy to get as well. It is a material which can be found on the ground in the Frosted Heights by digging. If you do not want to travel to the region to find snowballs, you can also buy some snowballs from Kristoff at his Stall.
The Purple Impatiens is a flower type which can be found growing wild in the Forgotten Lands. There are up to four of these for you to find the Forgotten Lands. Keep it in mind that after you collect the flowers, it will take 30 minutes for one flower to respawn at a random location, times four and it’s two hours.
In order to craft an Empty Vial, you will need 3 Glass. You can craft these for 5 Sands (By digging sand at beaches) and 1 Coal Ore (Spawns everywhere around the map) for each item that you craft. In a the same crafting bench, you can keep crafting and craft yourself an Empty Vial.
Dream Shard is a material that you can find in all biomes. You can find these items by removing Night Thorns, and also digging sparkling spots on the ground, or by feeding favorite foods to Critters. After you have gathered all the materials, you can craft the Icy Enchantment item.
Then, when you got the item, open up your inventory and use the Icy Enchantment potion.
After that, you will need to go to the Forgotten Lands. Once you have arrived at the region, you will need to use a Watering Can to remove the Green Fires. These fires have a bright green color and they appear everywhere on the ground.
Then, after you have extinguished five fires, report back to the Fairy Godmother. Then, you will receive a new quest telling you to decorate the Forgotten Lands to make them more appealing. You will need to place down some Seatings, Outdoor Lightings and also some Paths in the area.
Open up your Furniture Menu and you will be able to choose Seatings, Outdoor Lightings and also some Paths to place down
After you have placed all the items down in the area, talk to The Fairy Godmother one more time. This will allow you to finish the quest.
Congratulations! You have finished the Fire Alarm Quest. On completion of this quest, you will receive 350 Friendship Scores with the Fairy Godmother, and a Watering Can Upgrade that enables you to remove Green Fires.
