Along the main story quests of the game, you’ll encounter large stone pillars which you need to fix to remove all of the gloomy vines around areas in the map. One of these things are on the beach and the vines are what makes the turtles on the beach scared and run away from you.
After fixing the beach up and getting that stone its orb. You can then go and interact with the turtles on the beach. All you need to do is find a turtle and interact with them, this will show an interface where you can choose what to feed the turtles.
All you need to do now is give them food. Their favorite food is seaweed. You can get rewards for both feeding them food they can eat and food that’s their favorite.
