There’s a new game out there and it’s Dredge, a fishing game that surely has no weird eldritch horrors in it. The game lets you control a fishing boat as you go around, fish for some normal fish with the right number of eyes and sell them. You can also help some people out, doing quests for them, totally normal people like the Figure in Blue.
In this guide we’ll show you how to do one of the pursuits of this game, which is the fancy way of them calling quests. Now let’s go get some oddly specific fish for this fellow!
Figure in Blue Guide For DREDGE
There’s a lot of pursuits that you can stumble upon while exploring in Dredge. One of the pursuits that you can do is the Figure in Blue pursuit. To start this quest, you’ll need to go to the islands southeast of The Marrows.
There you’ll find the figure in blue pictured below. Interact with him and you’ll see that he looks like a trustworthy guy and definitely not a spawn of Cthulhu or something. He asks you to feed him, he’s quite hungry.
First, he’ll ask you to get a Blue Mackerel, which you can easily find in Coastal Fishing Spots around The Marrows.
Once you give him one Blue Mackerel, he’ll ask for more. This time he’s asking for a Tiger Mackerel, which can be found in Coastal Fishing Spots in the Gale Cliffs. Once you give him that he’ll ask for another fish, a Snake Mackarel. That fish can be found in Coastal fishing spots in the Devil’s Spine.
Once you’ve given the last fish, he’ll give you a book and go to sleep. I’m sure he was just really hungry.
