Aside from collecting Spice, Authority is one of the stats you want to increase in Dune Spice Wars. Authority shows the leadership and dominance you have in your Faction. You need Authority to take control of the villages on the planet Arrakis.
There are multiple ways you can increase your Authority. You can develop your relationship with other factions, trade with different Sietches, and do Espionage operations to gain Authority. Another thing you can do is build an Administrative Hall on your main base.
This can increase the production of your Authority by up to 30%. You can also get Authority by going to vote in Landsraad Council Resolutions and choosing Imperial Propaganda. Keep in mind that you need to trade with other factions and build different structures to gain more votes.
The most common way you can increase your Authority is by completing Espionage missions. Keep in mind that after taking a village, you need to pay for both Water and Authority.
