Dungeon Hunter 6 features a whole Roster of Lieutenants that players can build their teams around. There are also other factors like Classes, Rarities, Items and Affinities that enable them to build really interesting teams. However, some Lieutenants are much better than others, especially at higher Rarities.

As a result, we have combined a Best Lieutenant Tierlist that features 30 Lieutenants of the SSR and UR Rarities. The Lieutenants featured here also cover all the Affinities or Elements that are available in the game. This tier list can act as a guide as you consider how to build your team when starting the game.

Best Lieutenant Tierlist

The Tier list that we have prepared is based on personal preference and also Rarities. Higher Rarity Lieutenants are harder to obtain and as a result tend to be higher rated in the list. However, you should consider your own needs and preferences when building your team.

Dungeon Hunter 6: Best Lieutenant Tierlist | SSR & UR

SS Tier

  • The best Nature level Lieutenant is by far Mahasti. She gives a large shield that makes her excellent as a Support and Tank. Additionally, when you upgrade her to 10 or 11 star, she unlocks a special which allows her to stun. The combination of these abilities makes her incredibly powerful.
  • Rime Lady is a pretty straightforward but powerful Lieutenant. She can inflict a ton of damage and is just an excellent DPS dealer. As a result, she is the most powerful Water Element Lieutenant.
  • Karetta is an excellent Water Element Lieutenant that provides a good spread of skills. She provides for excellent DPS and CC, while increasing the chance of Critical Strike. She is a great asset against bosses because she deals extra damage. Her special ability unlocked after 11 stars also deals massive damage while increasing both Crit chance by 20% and Crit damage by 30%.
  • The Nature Element Winged Terror is a great Support for all types of roles. This is because she heals and also gives a damage buff. She also increases movement speed and has a chance to recover HP with her basic attack. This makes her an Excellent Support.
  • Yet another powerful Damage-dealing Lieutenant is Nora for the Nature element. She just deals an insane amount of DPS, making her one of the best Damage dealers in the game.
  • Olivia is another Water Element that provides Healing and Damage capabilities. She also has damage dealt up which increases her damage dealing. Additionally, she can also heal which makes her another versatile Lieutenant like Karetta.
  • Archmage Herbert is by far the best Fire Element Lieutenant because of his Support capabilities. He can provide Healing and Damage Buffs, while also increasing Allies’ Attack Speed which is great if you are a Ranger. Herbert works best alongside a Ranger or Archer, allowing them to become incredibly powerful. But besides them, he is a great addition to any team.

S Tier

  • Ravager for the Water Element offers very useful skills. He is a great damage dealing Lieutenant, with Attack Up and Berserker Mode. in BerserkMode, he gains Attack Speed and Damage Reduction for 10 turns which is incredible. Furthermore, his last skill provides a 60% chance to Stun for 2.5 seconds, which offers great Crowd Control Potential.
  • For the Fire Element, Terrorfiend is yet another damage dealing monster. He straight up offers an insane amount of damage with his large sword. He’s incredibly expensive but if you want to spend, there are not many better than him for pure Damage.
  • Treant is a Nature Element Lieutenant that shares similarities with Necronomicon. He’s also got damage reduction but it is much better. He also has a last skill which increases Attack Speed for allies, allowing him to be teamed up with DPS Lieutenant. As a result, he can be much more useful.
  • There are some really unique abilities that Karwood can use to help his team. He sacrifices 10% of his teammates’ HP but gives them a shield equivalent to 40% of his max HP. As a result, he is able to buff them quite a bit. He also boosts Attack Speed by 20% and even has a chance to heal on his basic.
  • The Water Element Death Knight is incredible because of the Buffs and Debuffs he provides. For starters, he provides Attack Crit Chance and Damage Reduction. As a buff, he provides invulnerability to all allies for 3 seconds. As a debuff, he has a 50% chance to reduce Attack damage from enemies by 20% for 3 seconds.
  • The Ritualist of Agony certainly fulfills the title given to him. His Ultimate provides him with Increased Attack and Attack Speed, allowing him to inflict a lot of damage with his basic. Additionally, his last skill can Stun enemies, which allows for some Crowd Control potential.

A Tier

  • The Nature Element Ruins Guardian may look menacing but provides more of a simple Support Role. He provides a simple Shield which can be good for a Support Role. However, there is nothing much more special about this Lieutenant.
  • You get two in one with the Fire Element Delphyne. This is because she can deal damage and also serve as a Healer, making her a great Lieutenant to have if you want a more well-rounded team. However, she isn’t particularly amazing in both of these which is something to keep in mind if you want a more dedicated role.
  • Barbeck is a Nature Element Lieutenant that revolves around damage. He not only deals a lot of damage but also lowers the enemy’s Damage Reduction by 40%. This allows him to deal even more damage. Furthermore, his 11-star skill allows him to deal damage to all enemies in range while reducing enemy defense by 50%. In this way, he is able to further increase his damage dealing capabilities.
  • The Nature Element has another damage dealing Lieutenant in the form of Agony Interrogator. She is similar to Terrorfiend in that she only deals damage. However, she is not as strong in the amount of damage she inflicts, but still quite solid.
  • Roth is yet another Nature Element Lieutenant that revolves around poison damage. Poison is great for inflicting damage overtime. However, it is yet to be ascertained how good Poison damage is in the Meta. It is still a great ability since it is unique.
  • The Nature Element Astarak is primarily a Bleed and Poison Lieutenant. She also deals damage which is a great combination. However, these stats aren’t the strongest and also the Bleed and Poison Meta is yet to be established. Still, a good addition to your team as it can deal damage overtime.
  • Big Mouth Huron is a Fire Element that has similar damage reduction abilities to Necronomicon. However, his 10 star ability can increase attack speed which can pair well with certain Lieutenants like Ranger. Other than that, there is nothing remarkable about him.
  • Providing a variety of Support abilities, Frost Colossus can help out your team in many ways. He can put a big shield that makes him good as a Tank and can heal your teammates. His basic attack is pretty simple and has a chance to slow down enemies too. Nothing too remarkable but a good spread of skills.
  • Ser Charlie has a bit of a negative reputation in the Dungeon Hunter 6 community. However, he is nowhere near as bad as people consider him. He spins around and can deal a lot of damage. At the same time, he can counter shields which makes him good against Tanks.
  • If you’re looking for a pure DPS Lieutenant, Bridget is one of the best ones. All her abilities revolve around inflicting DPS damage, so she can be an excellent addition to your team for that. If you do not require DPS, then she can be pretty useless.
  • One of the best PVP Lieutenants in the game is Demonic Wolf. He can deal a lot of damage and the lower the enemies’ HP is, the more damage he inflicts. This is overall a great ability but its impact can be felt more in the PvP mode.
  • Red Protoceratop is a solid Support that provides some unique abilities. He has the ability to taunt, which makes the enemies focus on him for a short time. Alongside his ability to heal, he allows his team to do their thing while he distracts them. He can also hold his own since he can do quite a bit of damage.
  • The Fire Element Wilhelm Ironman can be a great Crowd Control Lieutenant. This is because he has a chance to slow with his basic, chance to silence with his Ultimate, and chance to Stun with his last Skill. However, since all of these are dependent on chance, the Crowd Control element can be a bit unreliable.
  • Haliburt Alemead is a pretty straightforward Support and Tank Lieutenant. She provides a solid Shield which can be used to protect herself as she takes damage. Besides that, she doesn’t provide anything too special.

B Tier

  • Necronomicon is a really cool Water Element Lieutenant, but he just doesn’t provide much usefulness. The most notable thing he has is damage reduction, which is good. But this skill is simply not powerful enough compared to what others have to offer.
  • The Fire Element Infernal Cerberus has a great skill but it is only suitable for a Fire team. This is because he increases Fire Damage for his team which is useless for other Elements. Therefore, you should only really use him if you want only Fire Lieutenants.
  • Mountain Giant has some okay skills with damage reduction and after 10 stars, Attack Speed. However, his skills just aren’t very useful and you can also get him for free. As a result, he just isn’t very useful for your team.

That’s all the SSR and UR Lieutenants covered for Dungeon Hunter 6. We have also provided reasons for our ranking so you can gain insight and see exactly why they are in their ranks. However, we recommend that you keep your preferences in mind and use this Tier List more as a guide. In this way, you can build the best team for you in the game!
