Skeletons in Hollow Halls
Contrary to what many believe, gems are not exclusively dropped by Fell enemies. One of the most efficient methods for acquiring Gems involves a simple run through the Hollow Halls located in the Albany Summits. You’ll also want to set up a base near the area.

Fell Stalker Near the Gem Forge
For a more targeted approach, head to the Gem Forge and search for a Fell Stalker enemy just to the south.
This particular foe has been observed to drop the Gem of Cold Composure roughly four out of five times, making it one of the most reliable gem farms in the game. To avoid unnecessary fights, hug the edge of the cliff and try to isolate the stalker from nearby enemies before engaging.
High-Level Fell Enemies at Spawn Points
Another effective technique involves farming armored Fell mobs that spawn repeatedly from certain doors. One notable location is a cavern beneath the Shroud Lair, which contains a respawn point.
Crucially, do not destroy the spawn door. If left intact, it will continuously generate a high-level enemy that can drop gems with each defeat. You’ll need to clear surrounding enemies first, but the effort pays off in consistent gem drops.
