There’s been a lot of games out there that’s been made because of creepy pastas, horror stories you see all over the internet. The game Slenderman came from such a thing and now we have Escape The Backrooms, a game that has one mission and it’s written in the title. The game features a whole lot of different creepy levels for you to try to escape from. Some of them are straightforward while others take a bit of exploring to get out of. One of the rooms is the Boiler Room and in this guide we’ll show you how to get out of there!
Boiler Room Guide For Escape The Backrooms
Like some of the levels in the game, the Boiler Room is more of a maze and there’s more than one way the layout is made when you go in so instructions on how to get out of it can be a bit hard to show. You’ll start in the area where you can hear machinery and there’s a table nearby with 4 Thermometers for 4 players if you’re playing in Co-op.
The level also has these giant red valves that you can use to let steam out of the pipes. Along with those are these giant insects that stay on the walls until you go near them. If you hear an insect, go to the nearest valve and open it to keep them away. If they catch you then you reset the level.
There’s no sure way to tell you where the exit is, since it’s a maze and there’s different iterations of the level. So the best way to go through the map is keep an eye out for those bugs and keep an eye out for the temperature of the room so you don’t get roasted.
The exit is a door with a green exit sign above it. Usually it’s deep inside the maze so go around cautiously but be ready to run when the bugs notice you.
