Thalassophobia (Level 7) Guide
When you enter Level 7 of the game, you’ll be on the second floor of a house. At first glance, it looks like nothing is wrong, but upon reaching the first floor you’ll see that the house is flooded. The entire area is flooded and it’s almost like you’re in the middle of the sea.
Don’t forget to take the Almond Waters here before heading out.
There’s going to be a boat outside that you can get on. Hop on and start rowing towards the houses. You’ll see a group of houses there in the distance.
Fog will start to form when you’re here. Your visibility will get worse the closer you get to the houses. It’s going to hard to orientate yourself, but as long as you stay within the dense area of the houses, you’ll be fine.
NOTE: If you want to get rid of the fog, make sure to check out this guide on how to remove the fogs in the Thalassopobia level.
This is the white house that you want to go to. It’s easiest to try and spot this long house with brown paneling on the outside. It’s going to be quite a long row to reachc there, just enough to let the fear settle in as the water splashes.
Don’t forget to grab the loot here on the shelves outside the house. If your inventory is full, recharge before you continue to the next area. Over to the right of the roof is a short boardwalk to what looks like the Cage of Death complete with an old diving helmet.
Take one of it and wear it by putting it on your Main Hand. Your sight will look really weird for a little while but don’t worry, it’ll go back normal once you’re dunked into the water.
There’s something out there, but no worries! The Cage of Death is perfectly safe for adrenaline seekers looking for being around angry, hungry creatures in close proximity.
Once it hits the bottom, the door will open. Immediately swim to the left and keep straight. Because of how dark this place is, it’ll be hard to figure out where you need to go.
But as you keep going, you’ll be able to see the cave entrance that looks like a double-hump with seaweed in front of it. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see the lights on the cave walls. These lights are features that hint what the next area will have.
Keep going deeper until going down is the only way to go.
The space will get narrower and narrower as you reach for the abyss. And then a loading screen will pop up when you’ve reached the end of the level.
And the next level is the Cave System.
