You will see all sorts of things in your village inside the Farthest Frontier. You will start simple and humble but as time will go on you will change a lot. When you get to the later stages of the game you will need the Heavy Tools for proceeding with the game. They are not easy to obtain and actually there is only one way of getting them. Let’s see what you’ll need to do.

How To Get Heavy Tools – Farthest Frontier

Heavy Tools are necessary items used to obtain and construct lots of things that you will need in the game in order to proceed. The biggest and most important building for getting Heavy Tools is the Trading Post.

That means that you actually have to wait for a trader to come to your Village. He comes usually once a year but you might get lucky and you might see more of him. Usually, he has 2 sets of bulls pulling him in front and he is sitting in his carriage on the behind. He looks like this:

The trader will come exactly where you have built your Trading Post. He will stand right behind it so make sure to Rotate your Camera to be able to see him. If you don’t know how to do that, be sure to check out our guide that might help you – How To Rotate The Camera.

The thing about him is that he won’t always bring the Heavy Tools with him. You will need to get lucky and hope that he will take them with him. If he doesn’t have them, you will need to wait for yet another trader to arrive so you can buy them.

And if he has them you can actually see them on the buying market inside the Trading Post. If you have the required money that he asks for (which can be different at times too) you can spend it to buy yourself some quality Heavy Tools.

They are a very expensive item to get so make sure that you will save up before you go trading with him. As you can see in our case it was 335 to buy just a piece of them.

Don’t think twice about buying them. This is the best tip we can offer. Buy as many as you can because you will need them. You will need to build the Grain Mill and a couple of other very important things. That’s later on in the game.

YOU CAN NOT MAKE THEM! So buying is the only way of getting them. Build the Trading Post from the Amenities Tab Tier 2 and buy some Heavy Tools. Have fun and enjoy bartering for some good prices!

He learns about the backstories, about the development, the creators, fan theories and boy oh boy he's open for discussions about what makes a game great and what doesn't. He can play everything from small Indie games , to big triple A titles. His theory about games is this : small details make big games. So that is why whatever it is that he is playing, he is the guy who discovers 99% of the maps with every little side quest or trophy to be found. That is why his favourite genre is RPG. Having the big explorable created world at your fingertips, where everything from a scary bloodsucking demon to a friendly talking goat can be found and interacted with, as well as immersing yourself into the roleplay game you are playing, is fascinating for him.
