Frey’s magical abilities come from Cuff, the talking accessory on her arm. Cuff can let you switch to any kind of magic that she can use to help defend herself and save the world from the evil sorceresses that are plaguing the land.
Along with magical abilities, Frey can also do Spellcraft challenges for each magic she can use.

Find Enemies Weak to Frey’s Magic
To do the challenge easily, you will need to go to the south of the main town, like very far south. This should be when you are en route to the first boss.
You will come across these goat-looking monsters with large horns on their heads.
When you see these enemies, press up on the D-Pad and you should use the Genesis ability to find out if they are weak to Frey’s Magic, which it will say on the right over there.
Once it says that the enemy is weak to Frey’s Magic, then switch to Frey’s Magic and use that to defeat these enemies.
You will need to do it up to 10 times to complete the challenge.
