The new Fontaine region in Genshin Impact comes with a lot of new fishes to discover at the new Fishing spots. And as a nation governed by the Hydro Archon, half of the region is just filled with water as expected. That means lots of new fishing locations, but also, how are you even going to narrow down the location?
We’re going to show you all Fontaine fishing spots where you can catch the new fishes to add to your collection.
All Fontaine 4.0 Fishing Spots Locations
There are now 8 new fishing spots in Fontaine as of 4.0 shown below. The first location is easily just northeast of the city, near the Fontaine Fishing Association. Don’t forget to also check out the shop for new baits and the new sword.
The next one is just right behind the Icewind Suite boss location, right in front of a house and there’s even a short bridge here to make fishing easier.
The next one can be a bit confusing as it’s in the middle of the sea. But don’t fret, use the Waypoint right under it and you’ll see a ship above. That’s where you can fish from. You can also see it’s not far from the Icewind Suit and the other fishing spot.
You can find another fishing spot to the south of the Court of Fontaine. It is outside the wall, next to a broken down part. So it’s easiest to access from the underwater Waypoint located just outside the walls, a bit to the west of the fishing spot.
Next, there are three fishing spots in Beryl Region, and from the top, you can find it next to this Waypoint and near two Melusine. Over to the south from here, near the Waverider port, there’s another fishing spot. It is also right on top of a puzzle that gives you a precious chest.
The last one in Beryl Region is all the way to the south near the border of the current explorable area. It’s tucked right here at the cascading waterfall. Just west from the Waypoint, look down before the falls drop down another level, you’ll find a fishing spot.
And the final one is in Belleau Region. It is south of Poisson, on the shore that overlooks the Alps-like island across.
And that’s all the fishing spots in Fontaine for now. Enjoy the sight while you catch the new Meka fishes and don’t forget to get the new fishing rod as well!
