You can find the Broken Isle Fire Totem Puzzle on the mountain near Brook. Head to the mountain opening with a large tree next to it, enter which is in the middle of the mountain. 

Go down the stairs and use the teleport waypoint. When you teleport to the drum where you can change the style of the mountain, do so and then go back into the hatch again. 

Next time you go down the stairs you will have to hit the wooden targets with an arrow, they will glow orange, as well as the totem that will be in front of you. 

Then continue straight and you will come to the part with water. 

Here on your left, there will also be a wooden target that you will need to shoot, continue straight and behind the totem there will be another wooden target. 

Then go through the gate in front of you and open the big gate, then go back and shoot sweep the totems and totems on the way back and take the three precious chests that will be standing in the hole with the wooden trunks.
