All you need to do is to login to the game, go to the main menu and check your mail. There you’ll see a letter titled “Of Travels and Treasures: A Thank-you Gift” from the Genshin Impact Operations team.
Inside is a small message from the team as well as 400 primogems and the Cloud Retainer’s Damasked Device. Just claim these items and go to your inventory.
Just activate the device in your inventory and the cute little pet will come flying out and will stay with you as you journey the new lands!
