Sumpter Beasts are large, hairy mammals that are reminiscent of mammoths and bison. These guys are easy to spot because of their appearance, and they offer a ton of meat for cooking purposes. However, they can also be great companions. That is, if you don’t lose them. In a World Quest called Even Beasts Stumble, an NPC named Elber loses them because of an ambush. Scared that he might lose his cargo forever, he asks you to help find them. Which you do, because you’re a good guy. In this guide, we’ll show you where you can find them easily.
Find The Lost Sumpter Beast – Genshin Impact
When you get the objectives to find the Sumpter Beasts, you’ll get two objective markers. However, these don’t lead you to the beasts themselves. Instead, they are just the locations where they are possibly seen. Finding them can be easy though, because of their appearance.
The first Sumpter Beast can be found chilling near the entrance to a rock valley. It’s easy to spot it, as it’s the only brown, round thing you can see in the area. Approach the Sumpter Beast and give it the food Elber gives you, and it will follow you back to Elber.
The last Sumpter Beast can be found on the side of the road, being harassed by Hilichurns. That won’t do, so you save the large beast from being cooked into food (probably). Just like the last one, give it the food Elber gave you and it will follow you back to Elber.
Congratulations, you have successfully found all Sumpter Beasts and brought them back to their owner.
